Aidwiz basically targets personnel
above the middle-managerial position in each industry
sector.
However, we are often introduced young talented personnel
by our existing clients* and candidates* and we willing
to introduce those young candidates to our new clients,
because we primarily respect for the success of our
candidates and our relationship with them.
Our search area focuses on senior middle management
such as division managers, department managers and
business unit managers, and we also target young
executive trainees. We can conduct a name search
in case of a special position requirement with difficulty
in hiring.
Furthermore, we can meet the increasing needs of
middle management personnel in both large and SMB
companies and the needs of executive trainees in
