Aidwiz's consultants* conduct
a career consultation with our candidates*.
Our consultants will ask you a variety of questions
about your career experience and your goals as well
as what you would like to do in the future. We will
also ask you where you would like to be in 5 or 10
years.
After hearing from you, if we think you might still
have a chance to make your dreams come true or to
self-realize in your current company, we will not
recommend you to change your career. This is because
a career change will give you a great deal of risk.
In addition, if you don't have a clear sense of purpose
in terms of why you wish to change your career, you
will not be able to succeed in the new company.
You might have a unique purpose of career change,
and that is why we are flexible to offer a variety
of career consulting to meet everyone's needs. |
